Within Itility we have the Itility IT Factory, an environment which strives to No-Ops automation for our customers based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The IT Factory consists of several Customer and one Platform team. As a service delivery manager you are responsible to manage and develop the Customer and add value, on an operational, tactical, and strategic level. In order to realize this, you will manage your own Customer-focused DevOps teams. This role combines product, project, people and change management.

This is you

Of course, make sure operations run smoothly 7*24 in adherence to the SLA.
Realize and own the content roadmap in a field that combines data analytics, software, cloud solutions.
Co-shape business solutions with customer and other stakeholders.
Manage the contract operational, but also by life cycling the contract documents.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and encourage a human-centered approach that values the experiences of the team members and challenges them beyond the obvious.
Participate in projects, setting up and migrating environments.
