This is you

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience (at least 5 years) successfully managing projects within the manufacturing sector.
Experience with Industry 4.0 is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, etc.
Flexibility to travel and work on-site with clients.
Ability to bridge the gap between operator and factory manager.
Ability to connect with IT/OT.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
