Digital transformation is rapidly changing the world! Besides looking at the past, companies need to know what is happening now and anticipate what is going to happen in the future.
So, are you passionate about technology to create exciting digital solutions? Do you have strong content and developing skills, and do you enjoy participating in productive teams? Then this Young Professional Program (YPP) Digital Technology might be what you are looking for!

The YPP is aimed at recent graduates and young professionals who are interested in learning all the necessary skills needed to start a career as a data, software, or cloud engineer. It contains in-depth training sessions related to engineering and consulting. You will work in a simulated customer environment to improve your tech skills and learn how to do project-based work in a flexible environment.

After four months, you will be joining an Itility team to start working on a real-world project where you will put your freshly learned skills into practice.

Three tracks

We offer three tracks in this program focused on digital technology:

Start as Data Engineer and you will work on:

Developing data pipelines and ingesting large data streams
Machine learning
Business rule automation and scripting
Descriptive dashboards

Start as Software Engineer and you will work on:

Software development using microservices and/or serverless architecture
Building Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines

Start as Cloud Engineer and you will work on:

Software development on cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon, or Google
Our own robotized platform, which enables us to manage IT environments, hands-off, in a fully automated fashion

This is you

You have a maximum of one year working experience and believe in continuously developing yourself. Furthermore, you:

Are a graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a beta study such as: computer science, software engineering, data engineering, information management, econometrics, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or ICT
Believe that when you work in IT, you need to keep learning
Are excited to join an innovative and fast-growing company
Have a ‘Work hard, play hard’ way of working
