WHAT YOU DO

As a Software Project Manager (Manufacturing), you will lead the identification and mitigation of complex interdependencies in the software engineering teams, whilst taking product ownership of the solution towards our clients. You will be close to the engineering teams and foster a culture of collaboration and trust. Regular communication on status, planning and risks is required, and you will report directly to the Itility global sr. leadership team.

  • Lead the SW Project Management team by managing delivery, resources, estimate workloads, ensure quality of delivery, report to management and control budgets.
  • Deliver SW projects according to client’s needs.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
  • Research and shape new initiatives to generate business value for Itility and client(s)
  • Define tactical roadmap(s) consisting of key milestones and business drivers
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
  • Foster a team culture of collaboration and trust
  • Coordinate (technical) onboarding/offboarding of engineering resources
  • Provide training and education on SW project management standards and best practices
  • Ensure (Itility) project management standards are followed


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong consultancy skills, including the ability to provide leadership to our teams and clients on best practices and setting business priorities
  • 7+ years of experience as a software project leader / software product owner
  • 5+ years of experience with building full stack software solutions
  • 5+ years of experience with building data intensive software applications
  • 3+ years of experience with technical consulting sales in an enterprise environment
  • Proven track record in building software, either SaaS or on-prem
  • Experience with software in a factory automation project
  • Familiar with modern technology paradigms - including AI/ML, Cloud, Data, Application Development, and Digital transitions
  • Industry experience in hi-tech manufacturing (e.g. Semicon) is a big plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering and/or business is a plus

The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that Itility reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what Itility anticipates paying for this position, based on internal equity, level and budget.
