This is not a classroom experience, nor a step-by-step introduction to working life. Along the way, experienced Itilians are there to provide guidance, share knowledge, and offer coaching when needed. After the initial development period, the next step is joining customer projects and contributing to meaningful challenges for leading organizations such as Ampleon, ASML, KPN, Marel, NXP, and Vanderlande.
This is where newly acquired knowledge and skills are applied in practice, while continuing to learn in real customer environments.

Depending on market developments, customer demand, and strategic focus areas, these development journeys may be centred around different domains. Over the years, this has included areas such as Data & AI, Cloud, Software and Agentic AI, and Cybersecurity.

Who is this for?
You are ambitious, talented, and want to kick-start your career. You (almost) have a bachelor's or master’s degree (technical or mathematical studies). You are eager to put your knowledge into practice and have a maximum of one year of working experience. And most important: you want to extend your knowledge and are not afraid of challenges.
