Welcome at Itility! This page is to give you a little insight as to what to expect when going through our hiring process. At Itility, we know hiring is a two-way conversation. Our hiring process is thorough to ensure we make the right decision and, of course, to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you!

The process

We strive to build a diverse and inclusive workforce at Itility. Great organizations are built on great people and we want to hire the best people, no matter their color, creed, or background. That's why we like to meet as many people as possible. Here is what our default process* of hiring looks like:

Step 1: Introduction

You'll start with a short phone call with one of our recruiters. That way, we learn something more about you as a person and we can determine together if we have a match.

Step 2: Get to know you

An interview with our recruitment team to delve into your passions and ambitions, align them with the most fitting role, and assess the compatibility between you and Itility.

Step 3: In-depth interview

Meet with a consultant who will provide you with detailed information about the role's responsibilities and challenges. This interview is an opportunity for both parties to ask questions and gain a better insight into your qualifications.

Step 4: Final interview

The practice lead will discuss, together with you, the best place to start your first customer assignment. HR will go through the employment conditions and there will be plenty of room to discuss your final questions.

FAQ

Do you offer visa sponsorships?

Yes, we do offer visa sponsorships for certain engineering roles like, DevOps, Software, Network or Security.

Is it possible to work from home?

Yes, this is possible. The balance between working from home and from the customer or Itility HQ is 60/40. Together with the team/customer you decide how to divide your presence.

Does the application process fully take place at Itility HQ?

No, it is possible to schedule an interview online. If possible, we would like to show you our office at least once to give you an impression of what working at Itility really looks like.

How should I prepare for the interview?

Check out our website and take a look at our customer use cases. Think of projects you are proud of to share during the conversation. Bring all your questions to gain better insight into the job.
