Graduate Program Agentic AI
- On-site
- Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands
We need your expertise
Software development is shifting towards systems that can make decisions and execute workflows autonomously. Instead of only building fixed logic, engineers increasingly design software that uses AI to plan tasks, interact with tools, and automate processes end-to-end. The goal of this Graduate Program is to prepare you to build these types of agentic systems.
At Itility, we develop software solutions where AI is integrated into real operational workflows. Our teams build agentic applications that connect to existing systems, process data, and automate business processes for our customers. As a graduate, you will learn how these systems are designed, built and deployed in practice.
During the 3-month program, you will learn by doing through two internal projects and a final month in a customer project team. An example is the ITF project, where you will build a multi-agent system for end-to-end IT ticket handling using LLM orchestration, enabling semi-autonomous resolution and continuous learning.
After 3 months, you will transition to another customer project, where you directly apply your skills in practice.
What will you learn?
During the program, you will develop both hands-on engineering skills and soft skills
required for modern software development with AI in a consultancy environment.
You will learn, among other things:
Setting up a professional development environment (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines)
Designing, building, and testing software applications
Developing APIs and tool integrations
Designing and implementing agentic AI workflows
Agentic AI frameworks like Langchain, Deep Agents
Working with RAG systems and vector databases
Implementing short-term and long-term memory concepts in AI agents
Deploying applications to Azure Cloud/AWS Cloud
Applying security best practices in software and AI systems
