What to expect

The APP is an intensive one-month Itility bootcamp for the more experienced professional. It is designed to sharpen your current skills with a combination of technical training, consultancy skills training, and coaching. You will also get the chance to obtain numerous certifications, providing a foundation for broad and deep understanding. Your trainer will challenge and accompany you throughout this month. Afterwards you will directly start a new challenge at one of our customers.

You will get a broad view of the digital profession, working with one customer in the implementation phase and another in the shaping phase. To support your development, we provide tools in the form of training and our Itility toolkits — such as the Project Management Ikit, Scrum Ikit, and Smart Factory Ikit.

In addition to the focus on content, we concentrate on skills development through peer review, coaching, and our curriculum in the Itility Academy. Among the academy activities are working with dogs to build leadership skills, training via a restaurant traineeship to build teamwork skills, and our annual team-training weekend abroad.

Assignment

Your trainer will challenge and accompany you throughout this month. Afterwards, you will directly start a new challenge for one of our customers.

The program, tailored specifically to its team members, consists of one assignment, divided over four one-week sprints. Each week, you will dive deeper into your assignment.

Tracks

The APP is divided into two tracks: the Advanced Professional Program for Tech and the Advanced Professional Program for Consultancy. Each track is both suited for those who want to slightly change directions (e.g., from infra engineer to cloud engineer), and for professionals who want to gain further expertise in their current discipline. We offer you the tools to excel in your role and the opportunities to boost your career.

The process

Step 1: Introduction

You'll start with a short phone call with one of our recruiters. That way, we learn something more about you as a person and we can determine together if we have a match.

Step 2: Get to know you

Next is a more extensive interview with someone from our recruitment team to explore your passion and ambitions and match this to the best suitable position for you.

Step 3: In-depth interview

When we found the correct match you'll meet with a consultant who will tell you more about the responsibilities and challenges of the role and ask any questions you may have to better understand what the role entails.

Step 4: Final interview

And finally, the practice lead will discuss, together with you, the best place to start your first customer assignment. HR will discuss the employment agreement and there will be plenty of room to discuss your final questions.
